 I am an International Cheerleading Federation qualified coach. I successfully passed the "Cheerleading Coaches Safety Qualification Examination" in 2000, scoring 100% on the written paper. This is a UK Cheerleading Association Level 4 qualification. 

  • I was an official member of the "Senior Dance Team UK" in 2001. I represented the UK as part of the Cheer Dance Team at the ICF Cheerleading World Championships in Tokyo. 
  • I was co-captain of the 1998 UKCA Senior Dance and Cheer Champion Squad. 
  • I have been an assistant coach for Gemini Cheerleaders in Coventry for over 10 years. This year will be the 5th consecutive time they have represented the UK at the European Cheerleading Championships. 
  • I have choreographed a number of routines for the UKCA National Championships, including those which achieved first place in Under 9s Cheerleading (2002) and Under 12s Community Cheerleading (2003). 
  • I coached a soloist for the 2007 UK Nationals who achieved 2nd place in the Under 12s Individual Cheerleading section. 
  • I was a line judge at the 2003 ICF Cheerleading World Championships. This year I am attending a technical judges course and will be shadow judging the UK Cheerleading Association’s Open Schools Championship. 
  • Between 1995-2001 I was a cheerleader for Coventry City Football Club as well as all the other major sports in Coventry (Coventry Bees Speedway, Coventry Crusaders Basketball Team, Coventry Rugby Club and Coventry Stock Cars). We also performed at numerous fairs, fetes, charity events, pageants, store openings, cabarets, carnivals and fun days. 
  • I have performed at a number of major sporting events including the Banger Racing World Finals, Speedway World Cup Semi-Final, the British Speedway Under 21 Championships and the British Speedway Grand Prix on 2 occasions.
  • I have an Award of Excellence from Millennium Volunteers for completing 200 hours as a volunteer with The Crew Cheerleaders. 
  • I have done cheerleading on SM:TV Live, Noel’s House Party, Michael Barrymore’s My Kind Of People, Match of the Day, Under The Moon, and Channel 5’s Turnstyle programme. 
  • I have performed at Wembley Arena with the Chicago Bulls Cheerleaders during a basketball tournament.  I have also performed cheerleading routines at the London Palladium, and I was one of the first British cheerleaders to perform at the London New Year’s Day Parade.
