Teenies - Squad Practices - Wednesday 6.15pm-7.15pm

Competition Info –

What to wear – We will be having a new comp outfit incorporating the stars design that the juniors have on their jazz suits. We are currently negotiating a price for a skirted leotard in Royal Blue with the stars design on the skirt. This will be worn with white Cheer Trainers / Pumps and white ankle socks. Hair will be in 2 bunches with Cheer Bows.

It is hoped that all cheerleaders will travel in our training outfits (Squad T-Shirt/Vest, Joggers and Jacket).

Saturday 15th May - UKCA Community Nationals (Velodrome Manchester) - open to all Cheerleaders aged 7, 8 and 9 by the above date.

Entrance Fee £15.00 (per person, per dance)

Spectator Fee £

Chaperones will be needed on this day to help look after the cheerleaders, please let us know ASAP if you would like to chaperone. Spectators are not allowed to sit with the cheerleaders at this event.

Transport – We hope to provide a coach to Manchester for all the cheerleaders

Sunday 20th June - TSDS Comp (Dudley Leisure Centre) - open to all cheerleaders.

Entrance Fee £5.00

Spectator Fee £5.00

Parents are allowed to sit with the children for this event.

Transport – As this is a local event we hope that all cheerleaders and families will be able to make their own way.

Saturday 3^rd April – UKCA Stunt Workshop (Velodrome Manchester) this will be invited cheerleaders only, there will be more dates available so eventually all our cheerleaders will be invited to go.

Sunday 25^th April – London Marathon We have been asked by the animal charity PDSA to help cheer on their runners at this years marathon. PDSA will provide a coach to take us to the capital where we will make loads of noise in helping cheer on the runners. All you will have to supply is your packed lunch. Last year we even appeared on local BBC news to help promote the Animal Charity and I’m sure that some of us even saw some celebs that were running. I need to know which cheerleaders would like to go to this event and we will need some chaperones too places are limited so it is a first come basis.

We would like to invite all the junior squad to perform in the pom dance section and as an additional we would like to enter the cheerleading section – this will involve stunt and tumbling. For this we would need to purchase a new cheer outfit which will be around £50.00 so not cheap. We could do some fundraising - one of the Teenies mums has sent letters to local supermarkets asking if we can do a bag pack. Do you have any ideas of how we could raise the monies??
